Works In Progress, Entry 3

In the quest to get a lot of shit done, with me being such a lazy ass and all, having an airbrush really REALLY helps.  I'm not too hot with getting the flats done up on the models.  I prefer the details like highlights and freehand.  With much of my office work done, I decided to put some more work on the infantry on my desk.

Space Wolves Grey Hunters spray bombed with Bosny Flat Black. Retribution of Scyrah Gorgon and Dawnguard Invictors, aling with four Khador Kayazy Assassins with sand and pebbles on their bases. Cameo of my stress ball and Jollibee gravy cups, and lots more dumb shit in the background.

Retribution Dawnguard Invictors with a couple of blasts from Tamiya Flat White. I'd also like to point out how convenient these Skechers shoe boxes are - they're sturdy enough so metal miniatures can be mounted on them (with Blue Tac) plus they have a notch cut out on the ends, for your thumbs.

Close up of a Retribution Darnguard Invictor. Yeah I should have bought gloves. It was insane trying to wash that off my fingers.

Time to put color on my Space Wolves Grey Hunters Pack. I used Tamiya Color Dark Sea Grey XF-54. With a handy paper clip, I stirred up the bottle's contents first before pouring onto the air brush bottle.

To get the paint in the bottle, I poured the paint with the bottle lip in direct contact with the paper clip, and just let gravity do the work.

With the paint in the bottle, next is to mix in some Lacquer Flo. I just eyeballed the measurement, with 2/3 of the mixture being the lacquer flo.

Stir thoroughly. The paper clip stirrer wasn't enough so I used my putty shaping tool.

One of the Grey Hunters blasted with the paint at specific areas. I kept to logical places where the armor would be lighter.

That shoulder pad will get some yellow, as per normal Space Wolves left shoulder pads

I use some forceps for handling the models. The extra plastic underneath slottabases really work in to my advantage on this one.

I added in a few drops of Tamiya Flat White XF-2 into the grey for highlights and proceeded to spray the Grey Hunters
